Perfect Day + One Blood
1972年，Lou Reed（劳-里德）写下了“Perfact Day”。
1996年，英国导演Danny Boyle（丹尼·鲍尔 ）在电影《猜火车》里用这段音乐表现主人公吸毒后那轻飘飘的幻觉。
1997年，BBC邀请包括Lou Reed、Bono、David Bowie、Elton John等29位艺人共同演唱这首歌，并制作了一个视频用于宣传慈善活动：“Children In Need”。这就是这段视频：http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XMjg1NzU0OA==.html
在其后的许多年里，这首歌多次被翻唱，有许多版本流传。然而，毫无疑问，1997年的这个版本是最精彩的、独一无二的。
当音乐配上视频，总会带来不一样的效果。音乐变得更动听，视频也更加煽情。就如同Terence Jay 的《One Blood》，出现在电影《足球流氓》里的效果。

Perfact Day 的歌词乍看很简单，通常被认为是Lou Reed为其未婚妻所写的一首浪漫情歌。但若结合音乐来听，我却听出了一种深沉的怀旧情绪，一种理想主义的无奈。多么完美的一天啊，现世的混沌和污浊不再存在，我们只是单纯的呆在一起，逛动物园，看电影，一起回家。如果我们是someone else多好，someone good多好，可是，完美终究是不存在的！
